1. If a train is slow, put the train in slow track and let every other train cross you and you feel special by saying I don't want to tax the train as it's not a race.
2. When a train is slow, u boost the train and not feel less or different but enable the train to catch up speed close to mainstream and stay on same track , yes it's not a race but we don't want to be pseudo special too.
